So, I was trying to do this start of April, but per usual, couldn’t quite commit. So now it is Sunday, April 16th – a day past half way point.
A little background: I created for myself a little word doc with a Mon-Sun workout schedule to adhere to. So far, the fitness classes I signed up for (pay), I attend. But when left to my own devices, I slack. They say it takes 21 days to create a habit but I have the hardest time committing. And it’s not just committing to fitness. It it also committing to healthy eating habits. They do say it is 70% diet and 30% fitness.
So I am going to make tomorrow the day to start. I will follow my schedule. For any adjustment – like if I need to switch days – I will make the day up.
Tomorrow, it’s run in the morning and rowing after work. Last week I had a bit of a cramp in my calf which is still sore. So I hope I can do the run without much damage.
